GoToInsure.ca is a dynamic and growing insurance brokerage operating throughout the Atlantic Provinces. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and competent individual to come join our Accounting Team at our GTI office in our Fredericton location.
• Reconcile G/L Accounts focusing on Insurance statements, Blue Cross and Bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and balance Corporate Credit card expenses monthly.
• Analyze and process expense reports monthly.
• Process and prepare vendor invoices for payment.
• Assist in miscellaneous duties as directed by the accounting staff.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting is required.
• A thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel 2016.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
